Postmenopausal Bleeding More Condition_symptoms Postmenopausal Bleeding?

Postmenopausal bleeding? - postmenopausal bleeding more condition_symptoms

I have the menopause for at least 8 or 9 I have a history of uterine tumors, however, that bothered me, since I was 6 years before estrogen. The last two days I have started vaginal bleeding - very difficult. I go to the doctor next week, but asked that if the other has happened and what was the result.

Postmenopausal bleeding is always taken seriously by doctors. The reason for this is (unfortunately) will turn 1 in 10 women with endometrial cancer have this problem.

(What it means good news), 90% of the time it is not!

Mostly just because of the so-called "atrophy" of the lining of the vagina or endometrium ... ... or polyps or fibroids. All these elements are handled correctly and (of course) does not stand a chance compared to 10% of cancers.

In any case, your doctor will perform a complete history (by asking lots of questions to assess your risk of cancer) and testing. Ultimately, however ... Ultrasound or endometrial biopsy (small collection of tissue from the endometrium, the lining of the uterus) is a necessity to ensure that there is a cancer of the endometrium.

I hope it's just a fibroid in the industry!
